This BBPA member-only webinar was led by Will Todd, an Energy and Carbon Reduction expert, whose consultancy Carbon Architecture is well known across the UK brewing sector and is an ongoing partner of the BBPA on issues relating to sustainability and energy efficiency.
During this one-hour webinar Will looked at how brewers and pub chains can use compliance obligations such as the Energy Savings Opportunities Scheme (ESOS) to their advantage, particularly during the current energy crisis. He also reviewed the important changes to the upcoming ESOS phases in 2023 and 2027, and highlighted the key considerations for effective energy assessments, and how these underpin Net Zero strategies.
Will is an ESOS Lead Assessor, and Carbon Architecture has completed hundreds of audits across the sector to help businesses identify improvement opportunities.
He has over 15 years of energy and sustainability consultancy experience in industry and manufacturing, with extensive experience of energy, carbon and utilities cost saving management across a wide portfolio of clients.
